Commodity prices are for the most part, lead by crude oil prices, in a roaring bull market. With the economies of a number of developing nations, like China, India, and Brazil in a strong expansion mode the demand for raw materials and food stock commodities is at an all time high.
This bodes well for the commodity trader who does his homework and stays on top of commodity price movements. However, one should always remember that trading commodities is risky and should only be done with risk capital. The risk of loss is high for the unskilled trader.
